FAQ

What audio formats do you accept?
Stem files must be WAV at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz, 16-bit or 24-bit. Export each track individually from your DAW and do not convert or compress them. Reference mixes and other supporting files can be included in any format (MP3, FLAC, etc.) alongside your stems. MIDI files are also accepted.
How long does a mix take?
Most single-song projects are delivered within 5-7 business days from the moment we confirm your project. Albums and EPs are returned on a rolling schedule agreed with you before work begins.
How many revisions are included?
Two full rounds of revisions are included in all mixing packages. One round is included with mastering. Additional revision rounds can be arranged at a small extra cost.
Do you work with home recordings?
Yes. A professional result is achievable from home recordings as long as your tracks are clean and properly separated. The gear you used to record does not limit what can be achieved in the mix.
How does the process work?
Submit your project details using the form on the submission page. You will receive a secure upload link by email. Once your files are received, we will confirm the project timeline and get to work. You will hear your mix before any final payment is requested.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Your revision rounds are there for exactly this. If something is not right, tell us specifically what needs to change and we will fix it. We do not consider a project finished until you are satisfied.
